Delivery


Green Olive at Red Hill® delivers to most cities and towns throughout Australia. Generally deliveries take between 1-3 days. Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

 

Victoria:

  • Delivery Fee of $8.50 applies for deliveries in Victoria.
  • Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day’s 7 days a week.

Other Australian States / Territories and International:

  •  Delivery Fee is calculated and emailed to you within 1 working day. We only pass on the postage and handling cost we incur.
  • Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day’s 7 days a week.

Bulk Orders

  • Please ask one of our staff for a quote on bulk hamper deliveries as discounts may apply.

What if I need more speedy delivery?

We can arrange express delivery anywhere in Australia but fees will apply.

What if the recipient is not home upon delivery?

Should the recipient not be home when your delivery is made, the following may occur:
Hamper will be left at the recipient’s front or back door, if:

  • Requested to do so by the sender; or
  • If our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so

or


A calling card will be left on recipient's door or in their letterbox asking them to call Green Olive at Red Hill ® and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery (charges may occur for re-delivery).


In the case of a delivery outside Melbourne, the hamper may be returned to nearest post office and a delivery notice placed in the recipient’s mailbox.


What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. Inaccurate or misspelt information can delay delivery. The more information you can provide the better! If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or redelivery fee of up to $14.50 AUD will apply.


Can I specify delivery time?

We will make every effort to ensure that your gift is delivered on the required day but cannot ensure an exact delivery time e.g. 3pm.

 

 

What happens if an item in a hamper is out of stock?

We will substitute the item with a similar product of the same value.

 


What happens if I need to cancel an order?

We do not accept, under any circumstances, cancellation of orders after they have left our premises.
