At our farm we run three interesting and fun courses for food and coffee lovers. These are:
Sausage Making / Olives and Olive Oil / Coffee Lovers

Sausage making
to provide attendees with the basic knowledge of how to successfully make handmade sausages in natural skins using fresh herbs and spices from our garden. Stu will share his knowledge of the art of butchery and skills of making sensational sausages. Olives and Olive Oil.
to provide attendees with the basic knowledge of how to successfully grow, produce, brine olives as well as press olives into oil. Learn ways to cook with olives and olive oil. Spend time with Greg wandering through the grove and discussing our varieties of olive trees. Coffee Lovers
to provide attendees with the knowledge to successfully roast and make great coffee. Neale will share with you the differences between green beans and brown beans and where to buy good coffee. He will also explore the different ways to make the best coffee at home. when are the courses run?
courses are run on Saturday and Sunday however can be arranged any day of the week when you book a minimum of ten people
what does it cost?
$150 per person
what do you get?
- 2.5 - 3 hours of expert knowledge from the green olive team
- free farm roasted coffee or tea through out the course
- grazing on our tasting menu and a glass of wine at the conclusion of the course
- our 5 page must read course notes outlining you have learnt in the course
- take home any produce you have made during the course
- 10 % discount on any of our Farm Shop produce or things we love
