Additional Booking Information

Do you accept single night bookings?

We do not accept single night bookings at any time. We have a minimum 2 night stay with 7 nights or more in certain peak summer periods.

Weddings

Wedding tariff for the house and use of the property for any function is approved on a case by case basis and tariffs apply.

Do I have to pay a Security Deposit?

All bookings attract a security deposit of $2000 paid 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking.

How long does it take to get my security deposit back?

The security deposit is held against a credit card.  No charge is applied unless terms and conditions of the property are breeched.

Cancellations

Cancel within 28 days of your trip and the reservation is non- refundable. 

Is linen provided?

We provide all doonas, doona covers, pillows and pillow slips, fitted sheets, flat sheets and towels. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own pillow, rug, or teddy bear. 

Do we have to clean up?

We understand that this is your time away to relax and enjoy yourselves. We cover the cost of basic cleaning however additional cleaning will be at your cost.

Bins?

Please put rubbish in the bins in the carport. These bins are taken to the roadside council bins. Any excess rubbish that needs to be taken to the tip will be charged at $40.00 per bin load.

How do we book spa treatments, dinner, or other special treats?

Lunches at Green Olive at Red Hill can be booked on this website. We’re also happy to assist you with booking massages, dinner, and even special treats such as flowers, arrival hampers, a bottle of bubbly or a local drop of red or white wine. We can also supply you with a list of therapies and relaxation services available in the region. Let us know what you want, and we’ll book them for you! There is no extra charge for this service.
