Valentine’s Day, celebrated on the 14th of February each year, is a day to cherish the loved ones in your life. Although we typically think of Valentine’s Day as a celebration of romantic love, there are many countries around the world like Finland and Estonia who use Valentine’s Day to acknowledge the value of friendships and familial love. So whether you’ll be spending this Valentine’s Day with your significant other or with friends and family, here’s a list of amazing things to do on the Mornington Peninsula that will make your Valentine’s Day a lovely, memorable and COVIDSafe experience.
1. Take a Romantic Walk on the Mornington Peninsula
There are a variety of amazing walking tracks on the Mornington Peninsula that give you the opportunity to explore the beaches, bushes and towns of the Peninsula. We have written a whole blog post about which includes information such as how long each walk takes and where to stop for coffee. Spending a couple of hours exploring the many walking tracks at our doorstep is the perfect way to spend quality, one-on-one time with your partner this Valentine’s Day. Make it even more romantic by going in the evening and watching the sun set along the coast!
