Food & Wine Cancellation Policy

Credit card details are requested to secure all reservations at Green Olive at Red Hill.

Should you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your reservation time or fail to arrive for your booking, a $20 per person cancellation fee will apply.

Please email bookings@greenolive.com.au to make any changes to your booking. 

Only Food & Wine purchased from Green Olive at Red Hill may be consumed on our farm. This is a private property.

Wildflower Classes & Farm Experiences

Full payment is required to secure a booking.

Receipt/gift voucher must be retained as ticket to class and presented prior to the class.

Places cannot be held in reserve.

We do not provide refunds. You can exchange your purchase for another serivce or product.

Class bookings are dependent on class capacity.

Confirmed bookings may be transferred to another class or another person if more than 28 days notice is given.

Cancellations are not refundable.

Green Olive at Red Hill reserves the right to alter or cancel a class without notice. Registration is required 15 minutes prior to commencement of class.

We attempt to accommodate all dietary requirements but this may not be possible in all cases.

All Experience Vouchers are valid for 3 years. If there is a price inncrease you will be required to pay the difference.

COVID-19. If your experience is cancelled due to COVID-19 the experience will be re-sceduled to the next available date. Alternatively, the voucher may be used for Food & Wine, other farm experiences or online produce.  Refunds will not be provided.

Gift Vouchers and Vouchers for Farm Experiences

Gift vouchers can be issued for a dollar amount or food and wine experiences.

Vouchers can not be re-issued.

Vouchers must be redeemed in full on one occassion.

Vouchers can be redeemed online or instore and can be used for any Green Olive at Red Hill food, wine, experience or retail products.

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Online vouchers are emailed only (vouchers purchased online are not posted). Exchanges do not apply to Gift Vouchers.

Green Olive at Red Hill accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Gift Vouchers. It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the Gift Voucher(s).

When a booking is made and confirmed for a Food and Wine Expereince it may be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to the booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the booking the voucher is deemed invalid and can not be used on another occassion.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. 
We do not provide refunds. You can exchange your purchase for another serivce or product.
If the voucher is for a Farmers Lunch or Farm Experience we will hold the price of your experience for the first 18 months from the date of purchase (after that we will hold the $ value for the remaining 18 months).

After 18 months, if the price of a farm expereince voucher, for which you are redeeming, increases then you will be charged the additional amount.

Green Olive at Red Hill vouchers must be booked and taken within 36 months of purchase. Once a voucher has expired, Green Olive at Red Hill will not offer an extension.

Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of Green Olive at Red Hill.

The expiry date is clearly displayed on all Gift Vouchers.



If a product in a hamper is out of stock it will be replaced with a similar product and similar price.

Once a Green Olive at Red Hill hamper has been purchased and dispatched, it cannot be exchanged.


Green Olive at Red Hill reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% in Australia


All Green Olive at Red Hill hampers are packed in sturdy boxes with biodegradable stuffing to ensure your gift will arrive safely.

Gifts may include a complimentary gift tags with your personalised message if this is requested at the time of purchase.


Green Olive at Red Hill delivers to all cities and towns throughout Australia.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Generally deliveries take between 3-5 working days following dispatch. Deliveries are made by Australia Post.

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day’s 7 days a week

Delivery of gift vouchers and farm experiences are free of any postage or delivery charge.

Delivery Fee of $15 applies for produce / hamper deliveries anywhere in Australia.

Delivery Fee of $8 applies for body product / body hamper deliveries anywhere in Australia.


Delivery Fee is calculated and emailed to you within 1 working day. We only pass on the postage and handling costs we incur.

Bulk Orders

Please ask one of our staff for a quote on bulk hamper deliveries as discounts may apply. Please do not hesitate to email greg@greenolive.com.au to answer any further queries or concerns you may have.


What happens if I supply the wrong address?

Please be especially careful when providing delivery details. Inaccurate or misspelt information can delay delivery. The more information you can provide the better!

If an incorrect address has been supplied, a redirection or redelivery fee of up to $20.50 will apply.

Can I specify delivery time?

We will make every effort to ensure that your gift is delivered on the required day but all deliveries are reliant on the Australia Post network.

What happens if an item in a hamper is out of stock?

We will substitute the item with a similar product of the same value.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

We do not accept, under any circumstances, cancellation of orders.

What happens if the hamper is not delivered?

It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at bookings@greenolive.com.au

We use the latest technology in delivery tracking and can locate the order.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $19,000) or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $800).

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Green Olive at Red Hill's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be notified either by phone or email within 24 hours of the promotional end date.

The winner is at the full discretion of Green Olive at Red Hill.

By participating in our promotions, you are opting into Green Olive at Red Hill being allowed to contact you by email about new offers, products or services. You will have the option to unsubscribe from regular offers once they commence.


Discounts apply to the product value and exclude the delivery charge.

Discounts may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or gift vouchers.

Discounts may not be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Customers entitled to a discount must quote, enter or apply the valid discount code prior to order payment and finalisation.

Discounts will not be applied to an order after payment has been taken.
